During the initial nutrition consultation, we will discuss your health history, goals and obstacles, as well as taste preferences and lifestyle. You will receive a personalized nutrition plan – including supplement recommendations, lifestyle support, a 7 day meal plan with recipes, and a grocery list. This is the first step on your path to vibrant health!

As you progress through your personalized nutrition plan, we will discuss your experience thus far, and make necessary adjustments to further fine-tune your protocol. These sessions provide you with continued support on your wellness journey.
